I am a self-taught artist. In my younger days I experimented in all sorts of media but settled on painting about 20 years ago. I paint mostly in oils in a realistic style.
I am passionate about recreating beauty no matter where its inspiration comes from. I have a preference for painting wildlife but occasionally work on landscapes, seascapes, portraits, florals and still lives.

I have grown up in different countries throughout Africa as well as the Middle East and Europe, before settling in Cardiff with my Welsh husband. I have a real bug for travelling and have been able to appreciate different cultures which inspire my work.
I love animals and, over the years, I enjoyed unusual pets, including monkeys and a wild boar. I take pleasure in going on various safaris. I am also passionate about sealife and am a keen scuba diver. I feel lucky that I can combine my love of wildlife and art!
